The link can be found on the third page of this discussion

If it can't be accessed here, I'll try putting it up on GitHub later or find another way.
After one day it still is the most prevalent change I experienced regarding what I perceived to be EMI lag. This aims to reduce both that and CPU microjitters.
Do it please, put it on Github

I didn't understand exactly what this website does? Are you supposed to leave it running in the background while you play because it stabilizes the CPU?

I still use it and all the mouse heaviness and floatiness I used to have is gone. Not fully but I'd rate it to be a 90% improvement with no exaggeration. But also people can just try it or not. I already shared my experience in the original post.

Could you give us a brief runthrough on how to use it and what the presets do?
For the refresh/FPS-ish values (different translation for me...) what should I put? Would it be my game max FPS or refresh rate?

I hope you can give us an English guide as per your knowledge, it would be great. Thank you brother

OK I got it to work but for me I don't notice any difference in performance. I noticed that it decreases my FPS when I run it on a Firefox browser only, other browsers like Edge and chrome doesn't affect FPS in game, it's like running it on Firefox consumes the CPU or something. What browser do you run it on? Interested to know

Tell me if this is safe to use.
I don't want to get either banned or hacket.

I find it really hard to assess. I use a lot of programs from closed sources and despite this being on GitHub, the same thing applies since the repo itself is inaccessible. I found it in a Telegram group full of weird guys and weird ideas but the creator seems to be focusing on solving issues rather than making a product with shady marketing. The page has google ads built-in for extra profit and there's an option to donate on top. Regardless it works so amazingly for me that I will continue to put my trust in the program and the creator and also support him.
As for the cheating concern, I don't think it would trip even kernel level ACs. Most of them just kick you out if they don't like such a thing running in the background.
