By the way, if someone wants to do an easy and almost 100% test for high impedance - turn the PC off, and listen closely to your speakers (especially subwoofer). If there are grounding or neutral issues, you would hear a slight low-pitched buzz / hum when you put ear right next to it. When the PC is turned ON, the hum is gone, but as soon as you turn it off, it begins to hum even if the speakers are also turned off, as long as the speakers are conencted to the power strip.
