I did have a member of this forum help me over Discord last night and he advised me to overclock my ram in bios. Which has seemed to lessen the effect a little bit. But it's definitely still there...
I also would like to add I had bought an AOC monitor that also had this issue. But buying a new displayport cable did fix it. It simply also had awful ghosting so I decided to not use it anymore. I'm still using this same displayport cable now but it no longer seems to have much effect no matter if I use the three dp cables I have laying around or any old HDMI cable. It's all the same visual skew.
I'm tempted to buy a fiber optic dp cable cause I've read a forum thread here that said it fixed some strange problem for them. But I also don't want to waste money.
I still have the AOC monitor so I think I'm going to try that one again and maybe convince a relative to lend me their work laptop so I can see if it's a PC issue or a Monitor/Connection issue. Just mix and match stuff and see if anything changes.
I'll also be sure to try any suggestions here. I appreciate the help even if the problem hasn't yet been fixed.
