I read your 2021 post, that "The long version" paragraph is a textboox high wiring impedance / harmonics problem, and it was caused by your neighbours installing something that emits a lot of low frequency noise into the line...let me guess, your apartment at that time was old with shrared neutrals and TN-C installation. I have literally identical problems like you desribed there, everything from TV not feeling smooth, monitor clarity and washed colours and blurry text, keyboard typing delay, not to mention mouse etc. etc., BUT in my case the PC works correctly at other location, I don't need to switch any part of the PC.
So, bad electricity clearly doesn't "destroy" your PC and monitor, as soon as you plug it into a clean electricity socket, it works pefectly fine.
Do you think running a NEW mouse on the laptops BATTERY power will fix my issues? My old mouse doesn’t work on the laptop even with battery mode, but everything on the laptop works perfectly perfectly fine otherwise. Games are smooth, internet connection is solid etc.

Oh okay, i was gonna try it today but i have to take my car to the car wash, so i’ll try everything in 2 days. I forgot to mention that my old mouse did get exposed to dirty electricity via the charger. The new mouse that i will use will ONLY be running on the laptops battery, not the power coming from the wall via the charger.

no, regular r1 based on non-nordic mcu controller, and im test r1 and r1 pro, r1 super stable polling rate without drop to 500hz and feel like it connected by wire.
avoid 3311 clones like 3395 se. ONLY 3370 OR 3395.

Did the mouse movement ever get better for you after switching to a wireless mouse or any kind of wireless system that was not connected to the grid?

no. it is same if no polling rate issues caused by wireless mcu.
U need know 1 thing. Battery mode / socet is same, if we talk about that weird problem.

I opened this mouse two years ago, and I can say with certainty that it's definitely not Nordic. It's probably a new revision. I ordered a new R1, I'll open it up and check. By the way, I ordered a VT7 Gen2 with a new Nordic MCU. I wonder if the issues have been fixed?

Oh okay. Were you ever able to fix your electricity input lag issues at all or are you still having problems?
