Sorry my Engligh...
Any change leads to 5-10 minutes of normal computer status.
Next, the input delay.

I tried three different build options.
I tried this in another country.
it is useless...

for me, that has never occurred. for me either nothing works on my computer and will continue for most of the day. everyday i mostly stick to 1440x1080p as its what has worked the most. then i just swap between diff fov like 92-82-72. and ill swap between gpu or display scaling on nvidia control panel. however, it doesnt work everyday. sometimes i cant fix it at all for the day. but if i am lucky when it works, it works for most of the day atleast.

Now, Ive had this issue for 2-3 years, near the end of 2023. I was in a ea forum titled "Aim assist only works sometimes" I use to only make videos related to apex and eventually swapped from controller to mnk and new i had the issue on both inputs, i would test through smoke which in apex legends removes aim assist. of course i realized that this wasnt just "aim assist" I dont know if its input delay exactly but It is the most likely thing. everyday i would have to "find what works" the 1440x1080p and 72 fov seems to be what fixes it most often but not always. sometimes i cant find a fix at all. only recently did i realize that I think i have the issue in every game beyond apex legends. I dont know what to do. I dont know what part to change, i feel like i want to change my cpu because me and my brother both have a 5800x3d and i believe that we both have the issue. however when i look into it, input delay is caused by monitor and gpu. i dont believe there is a fix, i feel that i just have to change parts and hope for the best.
do people just hop on the forum butt naked and type some shi? literally everyone else on this forum is having this issue. acting like youre the only one making a world renowned discovery. do some reading. were all suffering from this and no we cant figure it out.

What an ego you have, what do you think ive done. of course ive looked around, people talking about input delay but not specifically how mine has worked. I dont even know if my issue is input delay, i brought it here to talk about it just incase though with my specific wording for others if they search for something similar. I dont care how much I beat a dead horse, I will keep trying to bring attention to the issue.I dont know why you think im announcing something as if ive discovered it for the world, i discovered it for myself and im stating so. Did you even read what i said, i know no one can figure it out. I said that i didn't think there was a fix besides changing parts and praying.
alright ill do what you did. find my post and see how useless it is:

jesus christ bud, never said my pc stutters btw. it doesnt. input delay is different from stutters, once again though. i dont know if i have input delay. everyone has their own problems and deals with it their own. obviously im not trying to help you, just the other people out there and more importantly myself. you have to sound oblivious when you are explaining things for the first time to strangers. your extremely obnoxious btw.

what do you mean by exit. i dont see one. I guess i could have worded it better by i dont see a point in the hate if we are all trying to do and just want the same thing.

Hi,
sorry I have to ask this, I watched your video, but I am still not sure if I get it 100% right, what your problem is?
Can you explain it again, and how you check if you have it in other games too?
I do not play your main game, I have some problems in my fav game for a very long time and since about 8-10 month
it is getting worse and worse. Also tried 1000 things here, and I aslo start to blame my monitor here. Never liked
my new monitor from day one (was late to send it back;))
My monitor is MSI 274qrf-qd 165hz QHD ips, will never understand why reviews are soo good, my old Viewsonic 144hz
QHD ips was sooo much better. I know stupid to upgrade from 144 top 165hz lol. Viewsonic was broken.
I came from Intel 13600k, always blamed hybrid cpu, but now I am on 9800x3d + 5070ti and it made everything worse.
As I say my problem might be totally different from yours (new provider now, have to test exitlag, maybe here bad routing,
or my flat is the problem lol).
My text might sound I have no clue about PC's, but that is not the case, you might know too, when you have a problem
for years, you pretty fast become an expert automatically. Players with no problems most of the times know nothing.;)

So short, just wanna make sure I do not post any nonsense here, and wanna understand your problem 100% right.
My problem is also weird, short the more I test the more weird it gets, nothing logical here. First thought NVMe is broken,
or interrupt conflict, sheduler problems, finally new pc, cause I was sure in the end it's cpu (degraded).
The only good thing about new pc is, now I finally know everything was ok with my old rig lol.

huh, the beginning of the video showcases it in a different game show that i have it in every game, i show how i try to find a fix for the issue.
phpBB [video]

you can just see my other videos on my youtube channel like this one, its the same thing but only the start of the other video.

basically it started with apex legends, i had 8000 hours on apex legends and played on controller. because the aim assist was so strong i think, it was extremely noticeable difference that my game did not feel the same everyday. I started changing things and notice my game would become fixed and feel better if i changed certain things. I notice that things are changing the way my game feels but not for the better, it just feels different so i have to change things until i notice that it is how i think its suppose to feel. What i assume everyone elses game feels like everyday. I noticed nvidia power maximum settings in nivida app effect it, display scaling, gpu scaling, no scaling, full screen, fps, fov, resolution, i think vpn effects it. i think other things like brightness or ai upscaling like nvidia dlss. anything that effects your screen, except for vpn which is still a mystery to me. Its too much work to do most things so i just mostly change resolution and fov. 72 fov and 1440x1080p was what worked last but nothing has worked in over a week. anyway, after i quit apex legends, i started my journey on mouse and keyboard. only recently did i realize that i dont just have the issue in apex legends but every game. I simply wasnt good enough on mnk to be able to tell but now im assure of cm/360 which is 28cm/360. i feel so stupid for not realizing sooner, i thought i was just mediocre and apex aa was strong so i would never be as good in other games but also it think it was harder to tell because im good so even with some sort of input delay because i know my sens so well, i have control over my aim. I tried really hard to find my cm/360 training everyday and changing my sens. writing down different sens on notepad.txt in different games. if there was a sens, i tried it. i used everything possible to get to the point where i am now. i feel that it must have been much harder for me since my game felt different everyday without me realizing. When i get the game to work though its like i have aim assist on mnk and my aim assist on controller has doubled. its hard not to hit shots. of course i dont think its just aim though, sliding jumping and everything is all better. thats why i dont know what else it could be besides input delay but all the things that are suppose to fix input delay dont help me whatsoever. also like when i disable all overlays and background apps, i do feel ike my mouse becomes more responsive but the issue still remains. aswell in apex their was an input delay at the beginning of season 28 that effected all controller players. i felt like i had both the input delay and my issue. So i truly dont know if my issue is actually input delay even though all the symptoms are that of input delay. by the way, do not confuse my issue with lag, this happens regardless of any sort of stuttering or lag.
