EDIT: did remember that i already changed the whole floor and its the same issue ...

I just remember in my old house when i moved my pc from north side sockets to south side it improved, im in a new house now where everythings fine though, it is a hard issue to find and fix if you cant move

like i said in a earlier post, im just gonna ground my pc outlet, not the full house, since my pc in a room with a balcony

I tried grounding the computer with a fresh ground connection, and the problem disappeared, then returned. Strangely, I also tried connecting the computer to a separate power source, namely solar power, and the problem persisted

check the installation, put the router in the same grounded outlet...etc

you can know whats the issue... just proceed by elimination.
idont know where u live, but u can check about power delivery in your country, building ...etc

I even tried connecting the device to the air conditioner's power line, since it's a separate line, after disconnecting all the circuit breakers, but the problem remained. Honestly, when the problem is on, anyone can kill me in PUBG. When the problem is gone, all shots are recorded, and even the screen color is better and clearer. It's even faster when opening the Ads lens.

Finally, I found someone who speaks Arabic and is dealing with the same problem. I’m in exactly the same situation. I’ve tested my PC in more than one house, but the issue is still there. In some places, the problem seems to be about 50% less severe, but it’s clear that the PC has become practically unusable, even in new locations.

guys im about to ground 2 outlets, one for my router room, and one for my pc room, next week...

I'm also experiencing the same problem. The strange thing is, I connected the computer and router to a UPS and solar power supply, and the problem improved for about an hour before returning.

(Note: The solar power supply was not grounded or had any grounding wires. I don't know if that's the cause or not.)
