Well, I'm on Windows 10 and have only tested this patch for Windows 11 in a Virtual Machine, and only in 32 bit apps. Patch is for the latest version of Windows 11 25H2, in my case it was build 8894.
1. Download a HEX editor (I prefer HxD Hex Editor).
2. Go to C:\Windows\SysWOW64, find d3d9.dll and copy it into the game folder where your game executable is.
3. Launch HEX editor, open d3d9.dll, go to offset 426DC - you should see this byte sequence: 0F 85 9E 00 00 00.
4. Replace these bytes with 90 90 90 90 90 90.
