brother I promise you that wont do anything. its only because I reinstalled windows and changed parts recently, ive already removed it and of course it did nothing. the issue isnt normal "input latency". and of course i didnt have it before and still had my issue.

To me I feel that this is one issue specifically. I feel that if it was several different things happening at once than it the different variables would make it inconsistent but it act so consistently the same that i feel that it is one thing specifically causing it.

yes ive seen his videos, hes even commented on mine. although he doesnt make it clear as to what he did and usually suggest a ton of different things instead of one specific thing.

You can check my gameplay videos to see how well games are running on my pc.
Doesn't sound so convincing does he? Nothing says fixed like dropping a massive 8 kill bomb in Apex and getting downed and saved by his teammates. And he still has jagged edges and shimmering, clearly visible at 1:35, 1:36 and 1:41 look at the textures on the building on the right side. And here is gameplay from someone who doesn't have this problem (TSM_Viss)

I'm also using an Onfilter CleanSweep EMI filter, the 13A UK plug version, which cost me $720 including shipping. In my experience, it's one of the best EMI filters on the market because it can reduce differential-mode, common-mode, and ground EMI without increasing impedance. It completely fixed desync, an unsmooth display, and poor hit registration, and it also reduced some mouse lag.
I believe this high noise level has negatively affected my PC, monitor, mouse, and keyboard over time. Even though my hardware may already be affected, the OnFILTER CleanSweep still noticeably improved my input lag, display smoothness, and mouse responsiveness.
This is how I know he is bullshitting. You don't reduce and "noticeably improve my input lag" there is no such thing as reducing you either fully solve this problem or you don't.

Here is a clip of him practicing in CS2 and you can clearly see him struggling to aim and having to constantly micro adjust because he keeps overshooting to the right and left with his crosshair. Everyone who has this problem knows how hard it is to aim when your mouse is constantly changing speed and you end up having to micro adjust all the time which is exactly what he is doing in this video.
Yep. He did not fix anything.

I mean i watched his gameplay. it actually does look like its working on apex legends. it would be easier to tell on controller for me personally because i think the issue is much harder to deal with on controller so its easier to see. however, it still looks like its working to me. also ive never understood the. i mean idk, for me. i never felt like it looked like i was playing on 60hz on 240hz or that my game looked bad, my inputs just feel bad. and ya, i think he might not know how he fixed it. thats why his answers arent consistent. i also feel like hes afraid to undo anything and maybe regain the issue in order to prove a point which is semi understandable.

@Skykll, I have tried an APC Schneider surge protector that has Anti EMI /RFI filter and it didn't work. That was like a month ago.

No shit? Those surge protectors with "emi / rfi filters" are a scam, they basically just add one choke to it and call this "emi filter". And this is for high frequency noise only anyway, while bad wiring and impedance causes low-frequency noise which cannot get clamped by random emi filters.
