Hi, have you ever thought that the problem might not be with the electricity, as everyone thinks, but rather with the hardware? Have you seen the topic about the person “Z3cross”? on YouTube, LeCommeiLFaut, you can go to his channel and look into this issue.
no, its not hardware. many people like myself have replaced all of our hardware and have not been able to fix it and some people have taken pc that dont work in there own place to place in which it does work. so the only safe assumption is emi and i could not find z3cross on youtube but i could find him in these forums. although it sounds like mindless arguing due to him "putting forward a theory that is based on nothing" and avoiding answers or responding to peoples questions.
I think you’ll be able to solve the problem, because in most cases the issue isn’t EMI. I put together about five builds and ultimately achieved what I needed. Z3cross deleted all his posts on the forums; only the videos on YouTube remain. Look for “LeCommeiLFaut” — the channel is dedicated to games, but there will be three videos on the topic of input lag. Please take a look; I think it’s worth it. If you do everything correctly and follow all the conditions, it will most likely work — especially if you’re in a country that isn’t under sanctions.
Sorry for the English; I hope the meaning is clear—I’m using a translator
I have to comment on this because it is outrageous that some people claim such insanity as ingenuine Windows activation "damaging" the PC. It's borderline scamming to tell people to buy all new stuff because they are desperate. Tweak your hardware and software, that's it. There is a lot of headroom in both and once you know how far things stretch you won't suffer from these issues. But again I have to stress that this is harmful in many ways. People who try to put their theory as a solution are not to be taken seriously.
Not to mention such ridiculous claims that duplicated cursor on recording is the symptom of some issue, when it's one simple option in OBS.

Then, when confronted about this cursor topic, he would not provide any proof of what settings he had used.

I feel that he does not make it clear as to what is fixing his issues but also i have none of the symptoms that he has. i dont have black bars or anything wrong with my pc visually, its just the inputs that have issues and nothing that would fix inputs normally have fixed my issues.
As I’ve already said, I built about five identical systems from scratch, with 5080+9800x3d. The only thing I changed in them was the vendors, but none of them worked correctly — the same problems always arose: the image would tear or the mouse would floaty. There’s nothing like that on this computer. I did everything exactly as Z3cross advised, and now I have what I couldn’t achieve for a long time — and not through manipulations with electronics, and, most amusingly, not through the stripped‑down Windows settings. Now my Windows is running in standard mode, with all the checkboxes, with all the preinstalled telemetry

and, most importantly, Windows in standard mode works much better than the stripped‑down version, and there’s no difference in performance at all. And yes, I had to buy a key for $120. I’m actually from Russla, and I had to work pretty hard to figure everything out. And you have all the opportunities without any extra hassle — you just need to do everything right once. I would recommend paying attention to the new Intel processor, which will be released in early 2027. It will be released with new motherboards based on a new chipset. There’s a high probability that you’ll get an excellent system, because the 100% new combination of motherboard and processor is guaranteed to work without any glitches, and that’s already worth a lot. Perhaps this is exactly the solution you’ve been looking for for so long, but you were going in the wrong direction

At first, I myself thought a lot about electricity, and on this very forum there’s a table that shows that not many people have problems specifically with electromagnetic interference, and this is a rather rare situation. I don’t completely deny the influence of electromagnetic interference, but if you have such a computer, the difference isn’t that great. Sorry for the English, I’m using a translator.
I didn’t have all the described symptoms on every computer either; these are just the possible ones. For example, I only had problems with the staircase effect on one of the five computers.

You’re talking about places — have you visited them with your computer? So the game worked better on your computer at your friend's house?

What intrigues me is that there are streamers or even pro players on their home PCs, when they stream, who get much lower FPS than many of us, and yet it's as if their game has double the FPS.
I remember a Kyojin stream where his FPS reached 200/230 on Mirage and it was as if there was no problem at all, running around the map and eliminating opponents with ease.

Isn't it well known already that's one of the symptoms of "the problem"? Obviously it means they don't have it.
How to measure and prove it is an interesting question. No stat or number will show it other than KDR.
1000 fps can look bad and fake compared to say 300 if the 1000fps computer has the problem. It is like there is no control or harmony of whats happening.

Whats the difference, bro?
If someone comes here and talks nonsense about it being something related to the human body, then if I go over to my friend’s place and play there for the weekend, and the game works perfectly fine, wouldn’t I have “infected” him too, or wouldnt I feel the input issue there as well?

Let me break it to you all: the hard truth is, there is no fix for this “floaty aim” feeling. Once you get it, you never really get rid of it. It’s like a plague.
I’ve been searching for answers for the past 10 years, and trust me, there isn’t a single resource on the internet I haven’t tried. I went through the whole English , Russlan, and Chinese content on google about this issue. Tried every suggestion. Changed every piece of hardware. Moved neighborhoods, cities, even countries. And it’s still there. I still can’t play FPS games.
At this point, thinking it’s some kind of magic or something wrong with our bodies doesn’t even sound insane to me.
So honestly, just accept that you will never be able to get rid of it and move on with your life. Find another hobby.
Sorry for click bait
I'm almost ready to give up too

What did Z3cross do? is it the thing with ASPM?
