And now both are bad simultaneously, our outlets might be emitting crazy electromagnetism, or 5g towers
Like I already told you. Write notes.

If you can get your hands on an EMF meter with a good tri-axis gaussmeter.
You could check magnetic fields, when you have slow response time in your cellphone and your TV is blurry.

And then measure again when everything is good.

My guess it is from wires or you have huge magnetic fields.

There's no point discussing things with the EMI/dirty power cult. I could send them proof of all my leases and rental agreements from all 17 apartments, and they'd still find a way to cope.
are all 17 apartments of yours in the same city?
Several different cities across the entire Europe

TV looks good right now = phone does too. Its in the god damn air
Assuming that the whole body is acting like an antenna, the repeated signals would also leak easily into the mobo causing major issues than just input lag or desync. you would be able to also cause issues on CPU, GPU, etc. this would just result into an immediate crash of the device and mostly you wouldn't be able to use any electronic at all.

I no longer believe this issue effects things like gpus cpus psus and motherboards, it's in the screens of devices. That's why Internet speed tests, gpu and cpu stress tests always come out good. The only thing that sucks are our monitors screens, phone screens, handhelds etc

Whatever the issue is I'm wondering how you people expect it to end? Can anyone see past their own POV and think of the bigger picture?

What I mean is do you expect to find a permanent solution that works for everyone and we all can go happily enjoy the snappy and smooth game? That idea itself is based on assumption that it's possible for everyone to experience it simultaneously.
How do other players see you when your game is super good and you're pwnin left and right? Anyone think of that? They'll see you as impossible to kill just like what you see when your game runs shite.
It's like a universal rule; there are polarities, opposites. Something great for you always comes at a cost for someone else and vice versa.
I believe everyone cannot enjoy the smooth game at the same time and it's something that is assigned to certain players by some factors.
I've seen plenty of evidence and ran tests to confirm this to be true.
Like I said in another post of mine, it doesn't have to be either on or off, you can have the average middleground kind of game too where it's not good or bad.

I dont think theres some metaphysical natural law at play if thats what youre suggesting. It goes beyond competitive online games as its everywhere, from laginess scrolling youtube to cs2 to minecraft

I agree it's everywhere and you carry it into the server with you and it affects how others see and hit you as well.
If it's good for you then other players see you as fast and unhittable. Someone always gets advantage or priority in the server and it's possible to "steal it" from others by doing changes to your pc or something else. Sometimes it comes by itself, like at night. Maybe because more players who have this problem play at night. Who have it worse than you, so you get it to yourself.

This theory would suggest that from certain point on skill doesn't matter anymore and it's all fight for the advantage.
So, those who think they were once good and now the game got shit and they can't play anymore - no, the game allowed you to be good back then and now it doesn't. You lost something that gave the priority/advantage. You were not faster than others or something lol.
Pro players becoming noobs is exactly that. They were never pros, just the game allowed them to get the kills. Now it doesn't anymore and other players have the advantage.

I dont have any of these other symptoms that some people talk about like it getting better at night or something, or like the fan turning off helps, and many pros are pros for years and year or are just without issues like this. Summit1g for example since the dawn of streaming I believe he has never had this issue, or any of the big streamers that anyone might know who have been streaming without the issue for years.

Well, that's why they're big streamers. They wouldn't stream a crappy game for years. And if they did, nobody would care or watch them, hence they' not be big streamers anymore.
I also know players who most of the time have no problem. I also know players who like fell into a hole and suddely they can't win anything.

My claim is this: when you find a temporary fix and your pc/game is free of the problem, it also affects the game of your opponent who you face. Their game will degrade against you.
Or the opposite, your desynced game will enhance the game of your opponent, like recoil, smoothness and all that stuff you'd think is only locally controllable on the pc.

How I got to that conclusion?

Endless 1v1s against the same players who weren't aware of this issue and never changed anything on their pc, windows or cables. Only I made changes and that somehow affected their recoil, game smoothness and even map awareness against me.
When I had the floaty mouse movement on desktop, I knew I'd lose and sure enough their game against me then was perfectly smooth and fast. I was stuck in their aim and their recoil was nonexistent.
When I found a temporary fix however and 1v1d them again, their game instantly slowed down, recoil all over the place and on their screen I was moving unrealistically fast. No chance for them.

As a side note, there were some games that were even and seemed like neither of us got "the advantage". That's when I didn't find the proper fix but it wasn't unplayable either.

There's a lot more details to this but it's impossible to type out all these years of observing this effect.
Proof? Nothing that'd convince a denier. Many forum posts and topics about me though - accused of cheating, messing with the server and even DDOSing my opponents, all because I was lucky to find the perfect game.
And at the same time I could lose to a newcomer who had played only 2 months vs my 15 years..
You can't make this stuff up, it doesn't make sense but once you see it, there's no way to unsee it.
