Indeed. I noticed you said you live in Eastern Turkey, so is there not many people living there compared to cities? I ask because I'm from a coastal part of the UK where not many people live, I read that cities have better methods of getting rid of the electromagnetic issues due to more transformers and substations

It's not true that it provides interference free power an average UPS can't do that. If you open up a UPS, you'll find toroids in there too, but even if you disconnect it and run on battery power, that won't help either. A power bank won't help at all, no matter how much you try.

The problem is my game is not as smooth as it should be i have this problem for 5 years i feel this in csgo too but csgo was still playable in cs2 its complete mess. Mouse feels so heavy floaty game feeels like 60 hz when im on high end pc 700 800 fps 350-400 %1 fps with 380hz monitor.

I can feel smooth only sometimes for like 3 4 times in a year. it happen last night we were playing mirage when we got ct side like 12. round game suddenly starts super smooth super responsive and i wass got kills like donk it was amazing now i just wanna know why this happen why my game feel so heavy unresponsive and only feels responsive and smooth only sometimes . and this sometimes only for 1 or 2 games or sometimes 8-10 rounds... i try 3 pc all same and yea its happen on other fps games too like pubg i try change mouse monıtor full pc nothing helps i have 1000mbps fiber internet. and i move 3 different house in this 6 years house change is not help at all. You have to move and get a completely new fresh setup, FULL setup. Depending on how dirty the electricity is, it can permanently degrade the hardware. This doesn’t happen with everyone but it does happen.

It’s a misconception that the hardware will be damaged. It won’t be damaged, at most, the capacitor will be charged with dirty power.

I would like to know a little bit more about what you feel when playing with this "lag", i just wano to be sure we have the same problem, because for me it's something really obvious only when you'r good enough to see it, it's like so sudden that the before / after is really obvious. For exemple before, i could outplay some players, now i can't, since 2020. It affected my mouse sensivility in a certain way, beacuse i could not clutch make 360 like before, i had to increase my mouse sensivility from 36% in Minecraft to 58% on 800 dpi (also on solo). When fighting people, you feel that you won't really have the first shot to start a combo. I can't really say anything about other games because in 2020 i was only playing Minecraft and i only started to play other games after this date, even if i don't think it's only Minecraft related, that would mean, it also affects the other games i am playing on, but i won't ever know until i find any fix because i can't really compare with and without this "lag".

i believe gpu or gpu drivers some rule that is universal across all brands including iGPU tested 1.6 on two old computers with agp card, no fucking problem, owned several pc setups since 2011 with new hardware and same problem everywhere so i believe this behavior is bug or something poorly coded in pci-express gpu's and it's mostly visible in cpu heavy games. Newcomers thinks its cs2 thing yet i'm fighting with this since 2011 right after motherboard gpu and ram replace in cs 1.6 era, its not even input lag, the whole time domain just left your pc. I wouldnt are at all if it was just key to action latency but why the hell can i bhop, strafe, why moving feels slower , when you stuck to wall it takes longer to unstuck because movement is slower. The only good thing that i have in my list as confirmed is matching audio sampling rate in your os to your game sampling rate, which is in cs2 case 44100hz, recoil will be better and there will be less audio dropouts while shooting, well atleast that works on my usb audio card that runs at 48000hz
