This is happening to me more and more. I'm having to reboot at least once a day. I have tried several different driver sets, and they all do it.
Another problem I'm having, which might happen at the same time as this (not sure), is that my entire screen will shift a few pixels up or down. Right now the top of my screen is cut off and there's a thin bar across the bottom, the same height the top is cut off. The reverse happens too: the bottom will sometimes be cut off, and the thin bar is at the top. This requires a reboot to fix.

I haven't had the no-G-Sync issue for a while, but I have experienced the misaligned image on the screen on occasion. It is easily fixed by changing resolution or starting a game that fully resets the video mode.

Neither of those work for me, unfortunately. I have to reboot to fix the misalignment.
It wouldn't bug me so much, except that if I do start a full screen game, the bar at the top/bottom is still there. So the game takes up 98% of the screen, but there's this eyesore of a grey bar taking up the rest.

I've experienced this. Sometimes I noticed gsync wouldn't be enabled and I would check the OSD menu and it would just say normal.
Also on rare occasions I would go into the NVidia control panel and gsync wouldn't even be there. A quick reboot fixed this.

I've owned the monitor for quite a few months now, and this is the first time it's happened to me. Simply rebooted, and G-sync back on

Simple the first time. Gets annoying when you have to do it once or twice a day.

I just wanted to post here to note that this is still an issue. It happened to me today.

I shut down my computer when I'm not using it and it happens to me.

This happened to me a few hours ago! I was freaking out. Totally uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, nothing. Only thing that fixed the issue for me was unplugging the monitor from the display port and when I plugged it back in I got G-Sync back. I was like wtf how can an entire option from the control panel just disappear.

This has been happening to me as well. I have a ASUS ROG Swift and unplugging it and plugging it back in fixes the issue for me. Here are my specs if they are needed to help diagnose the problem:
CPU: i7 3770k @stock
GPUs: 680s in SLI @stock
RAM: 16GB 1866 G-Skill Ares
Motherboard: AsRock z77 Extreme 6
SSD: OCZ Vertex 3 128 GB
HDD: WD Caviar Black 1TB
