It is even better... Diablo is locked to 25 fps and frames are used as some sort of timer for animations, skills etc. It is possible that Banished is similar in some way. So it brings another question. Can I create custom resolution with VT Tweak for 1920x1080 60Hz? There is no crosstalk at 60Hz but I steel need this blur reduced and screen is little dark.
