I have the same problem
XL2546
Mfg. Date: December 2018
So far it has only occurred when I have it in a Dual Monitor config.
(My 2nd monitor is 60hz)

I have a ryzen 2700x, ROGStrix x470 mobo, ddr4 3200, GTX 1070 on Windows10 with the newest drivers as of today.
I'm going to return the unit and buy another one if it happens when it's running as a solo monitor...
If it doesn't i'll buy a 2nd one and replace my 60hz monitor with it....
All i wanted was a 240hz monitor for my main gaming display... had no idea how many issues you run into trying to stream with two monitors with different refresh-rates. Kinda defeated the purpose, and ruined the fun of my new purchase.

But that doesn't happen for mine.
Have you test it in single display situation?
If white screen continued, you could just go RMA...
Still curious about this "white screen" issue, are there just happened in some batchs or could happen for all productions?
Could you also show your serial number? (I can provide mine later back home.)
I'm using dual monitor too, with AOC AG322FCX, FHD 144hz, they both work pretty well (both through DP port).
What's your 2nd monitor exactly?
My setup here:
i7-8700K, ROG Z370-F, 8gx2 DDR4-3000, GTX1070TI, on Windows 10.
Graphic driver not the newest one, cause I heard it has some issues on Apex Legends...

I am Yash Sadhukhan, bought a monitor named BenQ Zowie XL2546 240Hz on December 20th 2018 from http://www.mdcomputers.in in Kolkata.
The product details is attached with this email as an image named “monitor.jpg”.
The monitor was stable on 144Hz but was totally unstable(becoming white screen certainly) at 240Hz from the date of purchase. I launched a complain to BenQ at that moment, but they made the complaint as pending due to unstable behaviour of the fault.
But, on 8th of March 2019, the monitor screen became full white in 144Hz also, and I launched another complain to BenQ.
On 12th March 2019, a technician from F1-INFO SOLUTIONS & SERVICES PVT. LTD.(Barrackpore) visited to see the monitor.
The technician was continuously confusing between screen resolution and screen refresh rate.
I am very disappointed and really worried about the further informations regarding my replacement of the faulted monitor.
This is because I have no information or no conformational messages from anyone regarding my replacement.
On 16th of March 2019, I again called to BenQ customer service 18004199979 for the information of my complaint, the receiver told me to contact the service center and provided me with two numbers
8100112525
9038446686
I called the technician help number 8100112525, the receiver told me to contact after 30 minutes, I waited half an hour and then called to
9038446686, and the receiver told me that it is a wrong number.
Then I called to 8100112424 and a lady received my call and said that I may receive the replacement very soon. "Please keep patience".
Today is 22nd March 2019, 14 days expired from my complaint day, but I still didn’t get any result or information.
I would, therefore request to BenQ customer care service to please look after this complaint as soon as possible.
I posted the video of the monitor problem in youtube also
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g3atClwoNBU
I am really dissapointed that I bought Rs. 48,000 monitor from a company with such a poor customer service and the service center is so careless and a bloody lier.
My whatsapp number is +91 9038626974. Contact me if anyone need any further details about this problem

Re: BENQ XL2546 WHITE SCREEN
This is the same problem as the Asus XG258Q. May I suggest you buy an expensive high quality DisplayPort cable, it solved the problem for some users, but this is disgusting how companies can get away with this. I had this on my XG258Q aswell and still waiting for a fix from Asus

Re: BENQ XL2546 WHITE SCREEN
It sounds like the issue with your BenQ XL2546 isn’t directly tied to the monitor’s internal settings, but more likely to a compatibility or connection problem between your GPU and the display. Since your other monitor works fine, I’d start by swapping out the DisplayPort/HDMI cable for a certified high-quality one, and make sure the BenQ is connected directly to the GPU (not through any adapter). You should also try lowering the refresh rate temporarily (e.g., 144Hz instead of 240Hz) to see if the white screens stop, as that would point toward a signal integrity problem. Updating or even rolling back your Nvidia drivers can also help since driver bugs sometimes cause handshake issues on high refresh rate monitors. If nothing changes, try running the BenQ as a single display to rule out conflicts with your dual-monitor setup. Worst case, test the monitor on another PC – if the white screen persists, it could be a panel issue and you’d want to get it replaced under warranty. By the way, while troubleshooting, avoid downloading random tools marketed as “fixes” or “Discount computer software” from shady sites, since those can cause more problems than they solve.
