This game has input lag for me unless I disable fullscreen optimisations (right click exe)

I still get input lag with FSO disabled. I think the game just doesn't handle full screen well.

The weirdest thing: I have to constantly switched between disable and enable fullscreen optimizations for it to be input lag "free".
