There are ONLY two displays that I know of that are 40" or larger that can take a 1080p120 signal from a computer.
#1: Seiki 50"
#2: PPI/MicroSoft 55" -- ten touch "Big Ass Touch Screen."
That's *IT* right now unless someone can tell me another one!

Seriously, though, it's amazing that this is a first in this size. Even more amazing how it was accomplished!

There are several models that anecdotally manage to do 1080p @ 120Hz -- check the comments section:

Really, what model numbers? Can you quote specific information supporting your claim. I know of none.

For example --
Models that successfully do 1920x1080p 120Hz
Skyworth 39E780U (frameskip tested), Vizio M420SL (?)
Models that successfully do 1280x720p 120Hz
Sony KDL-50R550A, Sony KDL-60R550A, Sony KDL-70R550A (all frameskip tested)
Panasonic 42PF50U, Panasonic 50PF50U, Panasonic 60PF50U, Panasonic 65PF50U

Thanks for compiling this list, Mark. I do wish there was a Samsung in this list, of course.
You know, Panasonic was presenting a demonstration of a set that had no motion blur at CES last year (backlight strobe). I don't know if anybody noticed, but I did. I'm surprised not to hear about it on the market by now.
