Nothing on white screen.
Im looking for the best serttings for CS:GO.
most csgo players dont use strobing, so "fastest" (csgo runs 240fps+ easily) and no motion blur reduction, thats all i know

To be fair, I didn't touched anything yet in OSD and it's far better monitor than my previous one.
In few minutes I will open OSD.

So yeah, I set OD to "fastest" and that's all. It's perfect. Colors? Wow. So far better (without even calibration) than on my previous TN (XB271HUa) after few hours calibrations.
Response time? Can't tell difference between IPS and TN, for real, can't see ghosting on UFO, 240hz is amazing.
What can I say.. That was right pick!
On my XB271HUa (TN 144Hz) I was playing with 70-75% color vibrance (nvidia color settings) - on this MSI no need to change it.

Glad you like it! Of course, colours are basically always better on good IPS panels, I don't think MAG251RX requires calibration, but I don't care that much about colour accuracy. You surely would not see ghosting on "Fastest" overdrive setting, but you should be able to see a bit of overshoot (also called coronas or inverse ghosting; it looks like phantom-like trails behind the UFOs/moving objects in game, they can be pale or bluish, or both). I can clearly see a bit of overshoot in UFO Ghosting Test on "Fastest" overdrive, like I stated in one of my previous posts about MAG251RX. It's far better in terms of overdrive performance than XL2546, for example. At the end of the day, it only matters if you see that overshoot while playing games to the level when it starts being distracting, and you probably don't, because there's just a fairly small amount of overshoot and it's faint. I don't really see it while playing CS:GO.

Update: I checked for bad pixels and turns out my MAG251RX has a few stuck, bright pixels, best visible on darker background. That's pretty disappointing. Check your unit for bad pixels.

Everything is ok with mine, except of bleeding on black screen (on bottom left corner, which is visible only on camera, hard to see without camera). Anyway im still really happy with that.

Then I'm glad I could help you decide

I encourage you to test more monitors, however. It's always the best to try them out yourself, and you can always return them. I'm still looking for my number one
