The Technical Paper has now been completed & first draft has been submitted.

This paper will be be presented in Japan -- Alas, I'm not 100% sure I can afford to attend. That said, coauthorship is with one large government sccience organization and one large company -- and this pursuit camera technology I've invented is being released into the public domain (patent-free).

Oh, it just came into being. I considered patenting the approach, but several considerations:
- It is so niche market, it is hard to profit off
- It is a creative use of inexpensive existing equipment
- For a technical paper with the parties involved, it is more practical to keep the pursuit camera technique in public domain.
- I published information on the pursuit camera technique more than a year ago, so it's too late to patent anyway.

There is more more to gain in reputation from this, than financially.

All you really need is a $100 camera slider and a $200 camera, and you've got an accurate accuracy-verified hand-driven pursuit camera that is competitive in accuracy with a motorized pursuit camera.
