A moderator has the ability to refuse those comments , and i'm sure that the problem that i described many of us have it in this forum . 100 posts with 2 solutions unfortunatly.

Once a new user has enough posts, they are allowed to post immediately without pre-moderation.

It then becomes the user's responsibility to self-moderate in accordance to Forum Rules that you agreed to when you registered for these forums. Moderators will often miss posts when the forum is busy and the volunteer moderators miss posts. So please use "Report Post" if you see issues.

Is that screen tearing I’m seeing? are they on w7?
