SRE doesn't deal with timing parameters at all. That would be more suited for CRU.

Essentially I meant a custom user-defined formula instead of "Manual" or "CVT" or "CVT-R" that executes on an existing EDID mode (or a hardcoded mode built into software, ala Strobelight)
(1) Automatically load an existing EDID mode (usually the highest Hz mode, but could be overriden to a user-selected existing mode)
(2) Execute custom formula on this mode to create special different-Hz mode
This would be useful for a more one-click automatic version of
- Quick Frame Transport (e.g. 60Hz with a 1/240sec scanout)
- Custom ULMB Hz (e.g. 60Hz or 155Hz derived from 144Hz ULMB mode)
Basically, as easy as Strobelight, but still has a formula calculation built into it. Probably easiest way to proceed would essentially be a modification of Strobelight catered to a very specific purpose. (Sent you a PM earlier in the week, which you replied to already.)
