Double image/ghosting - is this normal?

Having the exact issue on my Samsung TV with pixel overdrive or how it's called. When the image is doubled from both sides with like 50% opacity. The issue goes away with VRR enabled. However all V-sync classic modes like 120 and 60 hz have this issue. Is there a way to tweak TV to avoid that? Didn't find any option. And that "double-image" example from cyblender is exactly what i'm experiencing.
