We don’t necessarily need laboratory conditions — we can already observe an **N-period average and a value range**, which clearly shows a difference.
What we need is a **normal usage scenario**.
Also, we’re **not looking for temporary spikes or drops** in packet size.
We're specifically looking for **differences in the range of average packet sizes** — please take another look at the chart in the first post.
I truly appreciate your perspective. I hope this theory gains attention and recognition. In my view, it’s valid — and if it turns out to be true, it completely undermines the competitive integrity of these games.
Hopefully, someday a proper scientist will investigate this and provide real clarity.

Hey guys, you don't seem to hear me. I'll tell you. The same provider in the neighboring house works perfectly, with the same routes. I'm not even talking about the same provider in another part of the city. They all work perfectly. The problem is only in the place where you are. Stop wasting time on nonsense.

At this point I have no idea since it just doesn't make any sense. I entertained the body theory but still scientifically makes no sense. At this point kinda given up since I tested many things over the years with no avail and just look at the forum once in awhile to see if there's some new revelation.

You can have at least 10 mobile operators, but the nearest cell tower is only one, and it will work for all 10 operators due to the lease agreement between the operators. And the problem may start with the first tower. There are many reasons.

This is simply a protocol that sends lists of IP addresses for equipment of the entire ASN network, routers place this list directly in the "route list", eliminating the need to manually fill in the "address list" and write routing rules in the firewall for these addresses.
