Can someone please supply me with UFO photos PG259QN ULMB @ 240 VS XL2546k Dyac+ @ 240
This is my XL2546k:
phpBB [video]

I started from using Dyac+ on a bunch of specific games to using it in every single game where I can output 240+fps.
It looks great I found the same reviewer of photos showing a 360 running ULMB @ 240 and the benQ

ahh I was curious in your earlier posts as to why you were using AMA and freesync without Dyac+ for apex. I'm new to using strobing (I was running a 240hz tn at mid overdrive w/ no freesync or strobing prior to this monitor), but my thinking was it's always best to leave dyac+ and ama on the highest settings and set the frame cap based on the game you're running - e.g. apex capped at 190, overwatch capped at display, csgo and valorant uncapped, etc. I tend to only use freesync (at least in my previous experiences - never tried it on this monitor) in situations where I'm playing a single player game and I want to crank up the graphics settings to ultra. I'm still from that old camp of "competitive FPS games = gsync bad" which may be antiquated at this point, but never-the-less I still prefer to run without it and cap with RTSS if in the in-game limiter is insufficient.

This is how it looks like with AMA High and Dyac+ OFF.

I'm going to upload another 4k60fps ufotest with the previous settings.

Axaro1 as I can see you have XL2546k and VG259QM. I'm thinking to change my VG279QM to XL2540k, but not sure about input lag. Could you say that VG259QM is faster or it's same?

I didn't perceive any difference in input lag but there is a noticeable improvement in motion clarity, both strobed and not strobed.

To be fair even in the case where the Benq is +1/2ms I'd prefer it over the Asus for the simple reason that you can compensate input lag with aim correction(even though half a frame of input lag isn't noticeable at all) but you cannot compensate the lack of motion clarity, you either perceive what's on the screen precisely or you play while knowing less informations.

Be aware that Zowie didn't say much about the XL2540K model, it's not even clear if it will be sold outside of places like PC bangs.
Hi, as you know the major difference of XL2546K has DyAc+, and XL2540K doesn’t. For other difference are: XL2546K has S Switch, shield, XL setting to Share software (monitor color setting to share and to apply from other one’s setting), which are not included on XL2540K.

I am sorry Thant XL2540K is not available in UAE, since this model are majorly sell to LAN center as business solution, not sell to end user in most regions.

If you have any question, please feel free to DM me, I will be happy to further answer you :)
I wouldn't say that you necessarily need Dyac+ since the panel is already very fast but strobing on this monitor definitely makes it flawless in the aspect of motion clarity and, at least for me, it 100% justified the premium price.

I gained +500sr in R6S in two weeks while playing on the Benq with Dyac+ ON, the combination of Dyac + Black eQ + Color Vibrance make it possible to spot every single enemy hiding, even if you only see their feet hiding behind a dek for 1 frame while you are running, Dyac+ is insanely good.

Rtings will soon review the XL2546K model so we will get a precise input lag measurement.

Would the K version be worth it over the regular XL2546? The regular one is $30 off on Amazon right now, so I'm wondering if the 1/2 ms decrease in response time (because DyAc seems to be pretty much the same) is worth $30.

Wtf am I reading... Dude, are you seriously going to settle on an older panel generation just to spare $30, when you're already shelling out ~$500?! How would that be a reasonable/logical decision?! Please don't. It may only have an additional 'K' to its name, but the XL2546 was released in 2017...

Thank you. I used Acer xf252qx one year ago and motion clarity was better then VG279QM has, also I don't like oversaturated IPS colors, don't know why, but TN I like more.

for $30 you are getting:
- A much faster panel, the old one used on the XL2546 and 2540 has a 4.1ms G2G panel according to RTings, this one is probably at 2ms (or even sub 2ms)
- Refined Dyac
- New OSD
- New stand
- 3x HDMI 2.0 + 1 DP 1.2 compared to 1 HDMI 2.0 + 1 HDMI 1.4 + 1 DP 1.2

I want to add that my XL2546K model doesn't even suffer from the vertical lines issue.
The XL2546 should cost 100$ less than the K model, there is no reason for the two monitors having the same pricing.
