So after swapping ssd and m.2 drive, the effects swapped machines?
nope both had the same issue
“my pc started working in my house and his pc stopped working in my house” then this statement is rather misleading.
ur right cause now both pcs dont work as they should when it comes to input
both pc stop working?

Heyho party people,
I know this post is now quite a while old, but i thought id give a quick heads up that:
- uninstalling all Visual C++ Redistributables
- then installing an older version that someone suggested in my case version 14.40.33810
did work for me for quite some time now.
I also had a problem with my screen that seemed to look blurry and Desktop Apps seemed like theyve been scaled too big.
I felt like i couldnt see far in games like COD and everything just looked a bit washed.
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Desktop --> Win8DpiScaling=1 (DWORD)
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Desktop --> LogPixels =96 (DWORD)
- Delete all underfolders from HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Desktop\PerMonitorSettings.
- logoff
- logon
- be happy.
Ofcourse this whole problem is more than a rabbit hole, so im really carefull with saying that this is "The Fix" but it worked for me for some days now. I also am not going to try and explain why this works bc there is def. someone here who can do that better if this really seems to fix it for people.
REMEMBER: Steam will install the Runtimes again when you start a Game for the first time so make sure you have everything you want to play atleast started once.

Go to device manager, under Monitors right click on your monitor and then Disable device. Restart your pc. Don't worry, your monitor will still be working, just windows has no control over it. Enjoy your snappy mouse movement and no recoil feeling in first person shooters.
Oh my lord, thank you so much.
I came back to faceit lvl 10 (cs) after half a year break, I completely sucked and couldn't frag for shit
gave up on fixes, decided to install win 11 and try this, holy crap I can actually wreck people.
Be careful, windows 11 turned it back on, and I started sucking right away, disabled, restarted PC and reconnected midgame - started to kill people right away
why is this even a flipping problem? So stupid
