These are my thoughts exactly.

I just played, but I don't think it's useful for analysis.

- Hitreg was okay (not good)
- I can't peeke anyone (surprise)
- Anyone can peeke me (surprise / Ferrari mode)
- It's a rollercoaster (sometimes everything works normally, then it doesn't, then it does, then it doesn't...)

It absolutely is! Save this capture for now and put it aside. You said previously that there are rounds where the problem is gone completely. Wait for such a round, and then start another capture.

The round didn't go well, but it's not "so clean" that I can say it was 100% bad. I need to make more recordings.

I know it's annoying (comparison) but I have NetworkThrottlingIndex set to 10 (decimal).

NetworkThrottlingIndex = 0 (Hex/Dez)

Hitreg = 95% good

Horror Round

- Everyone could predict my moves
- Noticeable: The enemy consisted of inexperienced, low-level players
- My bullets barely did any damage or weren't counted at all
- Feeling like I was back in the past

I've wondered several times whether there's a mechanic that intentionally "slows me down," but others I know don't have it.

Open a CMD / PowerShell and type this:

tracert 18.199.120.63

Then, do:

tracert 18.199.120.147

At one point, all the requests will time out. This is normal because the server discards ICMP packets. Don't worry about that. You can abort the test with CTRL + C.

Screenshot both of them and post the results here.

Looks fine to me. That's a great result if we assume that the 6th hop is the destination. It's the same route for both servers, so this can't be the difference between the "normal" and terrible round.

Go to your FritzBox interface and log in. Select "Internet" -> "Kabel-Informationen". Make a screenshot of "Kanäle" and "Statistik".

I wrote a script that marks my DOCSIS modulation.

I'm not an expert with DOCSIS by any means and I don't have any practial experience with it, but I would actually be concerned about the uncorrectable errors that I can see there. Maybe someone more proficient with DOCSIS can look at this as well, but you might have an issue here with all the uncorrectable errors. If I saw this on a DSL line, I would assume something is wrong with the line.

What makes me wonder if the statistic is actually correct or not is the fact that your game's overlay doesn't see packet loss at all. With these uncorrectable errors comes packet loss, so you should see it in-game. And then, I've played on a DSL connection with hundreds of uncorrectable errors per second for decades (thanks, Germany!) and I've not gotten desync or hitreg problems before a certain point in time.

Let's see if someone more knowledgeable about DOCSIS can chime in here and give you some advice, otherwise you might just call Vodafone and tell them about the countless errors on the line.
