Is there a single setting for strobe utility and crs LVT you can use on all XG2431?

For 120HZ and 60HZ to get good cross talk across the entire screen?

Anybody has a setting I could just copy?

I re purchased this XG2431 just now on Amazon it's currently on discount for $244

Can't wait for it to arrive just hope it doesn't die after a year like plenty people complained, amazon has a badge they gave this monitor because it was frequently returned due to lines across the panel

Anyways there doesn't seem to be any solution for 60hz fighting games like street fighter 6 or tekken 8 etc because all those games are locked to 60 FPS and even an OLED looks like trash at 60 FPS without proper BFI / strobing

The first one I had came from the factory with a unusually dim screen so I sold it to someone, viewsonic quality control is such trash, hoping this one comes good.

I don't believe there's a single good setting that works across all refresh rates. Just crank up your vertical total with CRU to as high as possible so you can hide the cross talk at 60hz.

I don't believe there's a single good setting that works across all refresh rates. Just crank up your vertical total with CRU to as high as possible so you can hide the cross talk at 60hz.

how does it work for 120HZ?

Same as 60hz but you have less vertical total so you cannot hide the crosstalk completely.

aah ok can you say how far away from the middle of the screen the cross talk can be hidden?

Also anyway to reduce cross talk at 240 HZ?

At 120hz, maybe 2/3 of the screen has minimal cross talk. I say minimal crosstalk because the monitor's GTG is not fast enough for 120hz to hide cross talk completely. I only use this monitor for 60hz so I can't speak for 240hz, but I imagine it not being usable if you hate cross talk.

EDIT: Just realized my VT for 120hz are not being set correctly. I take back my message about cross talk for 120hz.

Oh so thats why the Zowie monitors use TN?

They have a new TN monitor that runs at 240HZ with no cross talk the 46X Dyac 2 240hz

I went and fixed my VT for 120hz. About 3/4 of the screen has minimal cross talk. GTG is still too slow to remove cross talk completely even with overdrive. Looks like I didn't win the panel lottery. 60hz still good.
