This problem in the same time unites people with one quality: All owe us, and want all for free, and retail boxes with protected stickers(same protection as money) are for stupid people, the smart one by 5$ and dig wholes in a gound after.

And overall: If YOU personally want something, so you have to do it by yourself.
As for me, i already helped people and pointed on a problem but if you have problems with eyes and brain - its your fault, not mine.
In my videos with footages showed all on fingers with tons of examples(+ my whole gaming channel was created on a perfect 2600k system, you can see 2600k perfomance in a AAA top title games in 4k quality and compare with your modern systems): how to test, what is this issue, what could cause it, how to avoid it and what you need to do next or not to do. And all of this for free.
