Finally i recorded with smartphone 240fps, wasnt that hard as i thought.

I recorded ~15min video while im playing on server with 1 ping and +240 fps all the time(server doesnt matter, its the same everywhere online). Phone probably overheated thats why most of the video stutter. I have delay all the time, but i cut few examples which i think are obvious proof. The video in "secret" stutter, because phone is overheating, the game doesn't stutter.

Few people here recommended me to buy newer gpu,so i bought 6900xt and rtx 4070 also 7800x3d and 14600kf - 0% improvements except higher fps obviously. Again i will say it - offline no problems , online i have mouse delay. I tried hamachi with a few friends and there was no problem at all just like in offline. Chatgpt recommended I try with wireguard or openvpn to create a tunel to some VPS server.I bought VPS i did what chatgpt said, but nothing helped. Someone have idea why there is no problem with hamachi ?

If you don't have issues offline you know what it is brother.
Since you only have issues online, something is wrong with ur net and it isn't showing on the meters most likely.
Exitlag helped me with valorant issues you might aswell try it, gotta find what vpn works for you honestly. No other vpn worked for me.

I noticed this with keyboard. When I train certain jumps to reach glitchy spots, which require perfect timing, offline, it is much more predictable. When doing the same on a server, even if empty, things become more laggy and randomized.

Signed 12 month contract for Dedicated Internet Access 113 euro/montly for 20/20 , compared to my regular internet 300/180 for 7.50euro/montly. Unfortunately nothing changed.

About floaty feeling:
If you have floaty feeling you can try to lower your dpi. From 1600 to 800
I was playing 10 years ago with 800 dpi without floaty feeling. Then i heard that 1600 dpi have less delay and start using it. Since i change it to 1600 my mouse felt floaty but i didn't think that high dpi is an issue here.
I'm so used to 1600 that i didnt want to change it back to 800. But as soon as i returned to 800 my floaty feeling was completely gone.
Maybe placebo as usual, but give it a try.
p.s. another thing that helped me a tonn - don't use vertical resolution less than your native. For example if you like to play 4:3 and have native 2560x1440 don't use 1024x768 or 1280x960. Use 1920x1440 instead and put your scaling in nvidia control panel to display.

About bad hit registration and desync:
Use cl_interp_ratio 1 and cl_tickpacket_desired_queuelength 1 if you have 40-60ping. Don't use ingame Buffering to smooth over packet loss.
IF you have realtek NIC do not install NDIS drivers. Install "NetAdapterCx - Not Support Power Saving" instead.
In NIC options you need to disable all power saving features, disable interrupt moderation rate (especially for realtek chip), disable flow control and disable all tcp/udp/v2 offloads.
Now change receive buffers 2x times your transmit buffers. For example: 4096 on receive and 2048 on transmit.
Than go to GoInterruptPolicy app and check MSI on the NIC. Set priority to Low and choose IrqPolicySpecifiedProcessor. Check 4 physical cores. (for me it's 2,3,4,5, on 5600x (6 cores cpu) with SMT OFF).

Hope it helps

I doubt player of his level would play with so high DPI as pro standard is now 800 and was 400... For so absurd long time until someone realized that the today mouses can keep higher dpi and the numbers are there not just for marketing purposes...

And yeah, at my x superlight anything above 800dpi doesnt work as the "default" mouse dpi is exactly the 800. Even 1000 gives weird skating aim. The only guns working with higher dpi are snipas, where i can feel that it flicks a LITTLE faster and maybe even more "snappy" but all rifles are skating on ice with high dpi (no matter how i compensate sensitivity to the same edpi its not the same) and cant keep headshot level after first time i swing with the crosshair away the cross never returns back to the same level and spot which is the biggest issue of high dpi.

What maybe he could even try if he didnt - process lasso, set affinity of faceit antiaim (faceit anticheat cough cough) to core 0+1 so the quasi anticheat cant p..ss off the cs2 CPU cores , all bloatware 0+1 too and set game affinity to all other cores. This worked for me in csgo where i had problem with input lag giving me desynced and delayed aim at faceit only. Unfortunatelly, for me aim responsibility is more driven by server and opponents ping than by my setup itself. High pingers = terribly desynced delayed game. Falkenstein germany server with trash routing visiting half german cities before the data arrive to me = delayed game, bad aim.
