Sorry to bump an old thread. I have been trying to do this process, but I seem to be stuck. I can't seem to find the 144hz mode in CRU for my InnoCN 27M2V. It only lists a 60hz mode. In my nvidia control panel I see 60,120,144 only.

weirdly they only have the 1440p resolutions.
