Oh good! I checked their site too, but didn't see it there either, but that link shows it's sourced straight from Seiki, so they should be legit.

Got mine today but I left the firmware as is. I created a custom resolution in then vid is control panel for 1080p at 120Hz but none of the UFO tests acknowledged 120 -they all still said 60. The downloaded multitool though showed 120FPS via Afterburner though.
Games with Vsync on also showed 120FPS. Also I do not notice any difference though compared with 60hz gaming.
Thoughts?

To answer the two separate issues:

You need Aero mode for UFO tests.
- Turn off Classic, turn off Basic, turn ON the fancy Windows translucent mode (called "Aero"). UFO tests require that mode.
- Also, if using multimonitor, close all windows so that no apps/browsers are running on anything except the primary monitor (SEIKI must be the primary monitor for UFO tests).

If you are using the 39" model, without the firmware upgrade, then you are frameskipping.
This second issue has nothing to do with the UFO tests saying 60Hz.

Initially it was in fact frameskipping as I did not upgrade the firmware. However even after the upgrade UFO is still not reporting properly for me.
I shut off multimonitors in the nvidia control panel and have only the 4K active. Aero is in use.
I'll do up a video tonight to demonstrate.
But in the meantime has anyone else been affected by moving artifacts on your desktop? This video is of my PC desktop with nothing running on it. No games nor anything else in the background that I can account for that would cause those images (squiggles)

Strange -- I've never seen this artifact before.
Do you have a noise filtering or sharpness setting? If so, what happens when you turn off these settings?

They disappeared after a reboot of the TV. I tried to reproduce the effect afterwards without luck though. In the end I decided that given the state of the package in which it arrived and the aforementioned artifacts I decided to just send it back today.
4k was pretty cool, but 120Hz was not as impactfull as I had hoped. Overall screen size was a bit small for me too. I'll keep my eye on the scene and see wha becomes of HDMI 2.0 and Displayport.

Not a bad idea to send it back. It took 3 Vizio M65d panels for me to finally get one that didn't have glaring issues.
And if you're interested in 4K 60hz with HDMI 2.0 AND DisplayPort, this is the only one out currently with both:

I just purchased one of these - I’m using it as a PC monitor. I’m having problems getting it to work properly in 1080p resolution at 120 Hz. The TV works when I set it to 120 Hz in my PC display properties, but when the TV is shut off and turned back on, I get a blue screen message that says “no support”. I downloaded and installed the latest TV firmware from the Seiki website - even tried the 50" firmware – no change, same problem. Anybody have any ideas? Please help!

Can you provide more details please -- graphics card, graphics drivers, and which Windows version? DVI-to-HDMI cable? Direct HDMI-to-HDMI connection?
