some wrong settings, idk, do you stress tested your pc? RAM xmp / manual ? 1t / 2t ? cpu switch freq need 500 to stable. Msi lite mode? need always 1/1 or lite mode 1. CPU voltage override only and set stable voltage.
I couldnt find the best settings and i feel lazy nowadays. I just turn off e cores, Turn on xmp(gear1) put cpu to 5.5 ghz 1.350 voltage. Games are good for 1 day the next day everything is off the next day they are hella smooth. what your cpu? You can find you max turboboost freq (for my 13700kf is 5.3) and set it with auto voltage, another settings same.
for me 5.3 have 1.2v with auto.
