yeah, PSE exposes and sets the correct powerplan parameters for Interrupt Steering Mode.
If you haven't checked it out QuickCPU is another useful tool for poweplan edits.

No, it doesn't - either educate yourself or let the thread die.
You say this isn't the right one then refuse to correct me and go on about power plan settings in a later comment. This was tested and confirmed by someone other than me but I wrote this based on (seemingly) factual information.
