All it takes is to properly tests things. Catch issue properly on camera and perform exact same test in perfect place. From there it is just ruling out things one by one. No one will do this, because it takes a lot of money and free time.

Even such guys as battlenonsense or OptimumTech could do it if given all details and return from investment, but they won't believe until you give them proof (as it takes a lot of time to find out if it is true by themselves) and circle is closed. Unfortunately, burden of proof is on those who suffer from such issues.
Ryzen 7950X3D / MSI GeForce RTX 4090 Gaming X Trio / ASUS TUF GAMING X670E-PLUS / 2x16GB DDR5@6000 G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB / Dell Alienware AW3225QF / Logitech G PRO X SUPERLIGHT / SkyPAD Glass 3.0 / Wooting 60HE / DT 700 PRO X || EMI Input lag issue survivor (source removed) 8-)

I did countless tests but even logically you can deduce that the problem is not related to the location, at least in my case. It's difficult to catch it on camera because it's more about general feel of the game, responsiveness, motion clarity etc.

Almost noone gonna believe in this because:
1. Good players have no idea what are you talking about because all games work perfectly for them.
2. Bad players have no idea that something fishy is going on and they just blame themselves.
3. NPCs do their best to excuse fucked up game like CS2 is.
