1) useplatformtick yes (TSC + RTC tick), work only good with 1ms and 0.5ms, 0.5ms is jittery for all my system (you can see that in mousetester), but 1ms work good. RTC tick dont have dynamicktick. useplatformtick ignore disabledynamicktick. set usetick yes + deletevalue disdyntick. (maybe custom 0.5 value is good with rtc tick, just test it).
2) TSC + TSC tick. in that variant (usetick no), 1ms and 0.5ms work litterally same and u can use 0.5066 value (or 0.5013) or what better on your setup. Disabledynamicktick work with that setup and you can pick what you prefer, but for me disabledynamicktick no - gives better mouse control, yes - better smooth.
w11 uses tsc + rtc tick by default but it work better then w10 (tsc + rtc tick).
