yeah so a year later and i did some tests. it seems like when i have display scaling enabled and launch CS2, my refresh rate for 1280x960 pops up at 279hz, and in the OSD i can actually change the scaling from 1:1, aspect, or full screen and it ACTUALLY changes CS2's image based on what i select. this is with display scaling. did zowie finally fix their scaling and if so, do you guys recommend using it over the typical GPU - fullscreen + override scaling mode by games?
