If you've set everything up, why are you still here?
I am here for monitor-related topics, which is what this site is mainly for.
I've also decided to share a few threads & posts in regards to latency (audio & driver performance), as forums are a much better medium to transmit & receive information than Discord.
I've only started as of recent to visit this sub-forum and be baffled at the misinformation which gets thrown around here.
Basics of HW & SW aren't met, yet people jump to conclusions such as "its EMI!!!", "IT'S NETWORKING!!", "ITS BAD GROUNDING"
Which is why I've decided to give my input in a few topics here, in hope of helping out someone who has been deceived by the sheer misinformation online.
Perhaps even sparkle genuine conversations in regards to minimizing system latency or just have the conversation indexed in case someone is searching for it online.
That's all there is to it. I don't care about 99% of information which gets thrown around here, unless it's backed up with repeatable data.
(e.g.: a few year old topics in this sub-forum)

build a pc, install windows - that's it. It's simple. If your pc doesn't work after this formula - the settings will NEVER help you.

Yes, I've tried everything possible except moving to a different house.
New DDR5 32GB KingBank RAM, 6000MHz, CL28.

I honestly don't even know if there's any point in responding to people here. I'm telling them that I've replaced four different PCs in this apartment — completely everything: cases, SSDs, graphics cards. It's even strange to see when someone writes about some settings, because I bought a PC for $3600, and theoretically everything should work perfectly, without overclocking or tweaking — just ideal operation. But I have overclocking, full Windows 11 setup, high FPS beyond the monitor's refresh rate, yet there's no smoothness. The image itself pixels and blurs, and at night, not every day but around 3-5 AM, suddenly there's a squeal in the headphones, and for some abnormal reason, the monitor becomes bright — a pleasant grayish color that hurts the eyes. I've noticed this about five times, always starting after the squeal in the headphones — as if noise-canceling was turned on. I'm using a translator, so maybe you're reading slightly different information, but the fact remains that nothing has helped me: no new RAM, no new monitor (BenQ XL2566X+ 400Hz). The first 2-3 minutes it works perfectly, then suddenly drops to 70-100Hz. I have no lag or stutters; I just feel like there's a lack of FPS — no smooth picture anywhere, even on the desktop. All folders jerk around and are uncatchable with my gaze; everything blurs in my eyes with any mouse movement.

Try going into a gaming PC cafe and see if your problem still persists, and if it does it could mean that whatever you are experiencing could all just be something cognitive related rather than the computer itself

For CS2 the thing what fixed for me desync and everything was simple command in console engine_low_latency_sleep_after_client_tick.
Default is set to FALSE, you need to put to TRUE.
if you have NVIDIA GPU and you are CPU bound, low latency mode set to OFF and in game put reflex enabled+boost so that two things don't mess each other.

I was at a friend's house. He has a private house with a weak and terrible monitor and a low-end PC, but he has fiber-optic internet with 250 Mbps. His monitor is an old LG with dead pixels and an IPS panel, picture quality is terrible, 144 Hz, but the gameplay experience is indescribable—less input lag, I don't know how to even explain it. Shooting with an AK-47 feels completely different; bullets hit exactly where I aim, everything on the screen appears slow, but the game feels fast and lively. I couldn't tear myself away from the game; everything seemed very easy. Also, he has tracers for bullets in APEX and CS2, which I don't see at home. All weapons fire without visual recoil and no weight in movements—everything is clear and fast.
I can't even understand what this might be related to—fiber-optic internet or electricity—I honestly don't know. I have 1000 Mbps at home, but I use Ethernet cable and don't have fiber in my apartment.
Another thing I noticed: for example, I shoot with a deagle at someone's head, and the bullet hits instantly where I aimed. At his place, it feels like there's a delay—I'm shooting at a player who appears right in front of me, aiming at his head, but the bullet doesn't reach in time and hits further away from him—as if I need to lead my shots.
Recoil in games is doubled; I shoot 1-3 bullets, but the first ones go above the head with terrible spread—it's just awful. At his place, when I pull my mouse down, all bullets go exactly where I aim. In Apex Legends especially, everything hits perfectly.
I can't take my PC there to test because it won't help—I might see perfection there, but what will that give me? I can't live there; he lives with his parents.
