If you read the thread title I said partially fixed, I still suspect something is going on, maybe faulty components due to bad electricity exposure, maybe some kind of high frequency interference not being filtered by the UPS... It can be a lot of things. I don't tunnel vision on only 1 cause.
Have you even tried a double conversion UPS to be so sure that the solution is something else?

I also experience improvement from connecting something metal between the PC and the socket, but believe me, a real fix costs a couple of bucks.
keep installing useless things between your pc and the socet.
The specification VFI-SS-111 tells you it is not just a random 10€ socket filter.
Can you affored the money for VFI-SS-111 UPS?

trying 3 different ups with double conversion + toroidal isolation transformer with virtual ground. + 100500 types of filters.

The only thing that is available to everyone and free of charge is moving the PC with the monitor around the room. Believe me, this will have a much greater effect than any UPS you can install.

macan mac 1000-3000 (isolated neutral)
skat ups 3000 (best for elim. harmonic)
apc smart ups online 1000.
system TN-C (testing with / without PE).

skat ups 3000 (best for elim. harmonic) don´t have the VFI-SS-111 specification
apc smart ups online 1000. have the specification. it was really in online mode?
system TN-C (testing with / without PE). For me it make no difference.
