Did anyone try this

Everything about latency. This section is mainly user/consumer discussion. (Peer-reviewed scientific discussion should go in Laboratory section). Tips, mouse lag, display lag, game engine lag, network lag, whole input lag chain, VSYNC OFF vs VSYNC ON, and more! Input Lag Articles on Blur Busters.

Tell me if this is safe to use.
I don't want to get either banned or hacket.
I find it really hard to assess. I use a lot of programs from closed sources and despite this being on GitHub, the same thing applies since the repo itself is inaccessible. I found it in a Telegram group full of weird guys and weird ideas but the creator seems to be focusing on solving issues rather than making a product with shady marketing. The page has google ads built-in for extra profit and there's an option to donate on top. Regardless it works so amazingly for me that I will continue to put my trust in the program and the creator and also support him.
As for the cheating concern, I don't think it would trip even kernel level ACs. Most of them just kick you out if they don't like such a thing running in the background.
This site is an early version of the site's author. There were many versions after that, and it always had performance issues. The author deleted all subsequent versions, wrote that he would not publish fixes publicly, and deleted the Telegram group. You can use this site if you see its usefulness, but this is the earliest version, and the site has always had issues with sleeping. Check the browser load using the Task Manager, and I recommend using the radio widget to prevent sleep.
So this and that tool that was deleted are from the same developer, I tested the new version of it but it didn't improve my hit reg or desync too, I remember it also decreased my FPS as this one but Hyote and a member on discord seems to give positive feedback about it. Idk if there's any conditios and preparations that should be done before using it other than you have to turn on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. But these stuff might be tied to the phone version of the tool.

@Hyote thanks
Other than a working internet connection, nothing else was required (in my case). What makes it also worth looking into, is that my Windows is stripped from every feature, lots of drivers deleted and not many things run in this state but so a web-based software is perfect. I've never heard of later versions but I hope I can contact Pavel and at least ask him to preserve this project somehow. Not to repeat myself too many times but it works like magic on my PC with the specific settings I gave. I can even make a camera and ingame comparison later on if it stays this way. Going to test more games now.

I can see some issues now. The experience doesn't stay consistent like everything else, despite this having some AI elements.

As I understand it, essentially it does not provide any benefits for online games; it cannot influence the synchronization between the client and the game server, consequently rendering it entirely useless.

I believe that there is a need for programs that can influence the network, particularly with regard to UDP, network cards, network stacks, etc., rather than focusing on the processor or the game client. All the lag occurs within the network. I have tested numerous programs, and while they are interesting in their own right, there is one caveat: they are effective only in offline mode. As soon as you go online, the impact is minimal; you still struggle to hit your target and experience a sluggish gameplay performance.
