Why? You need to use fullscreen mode in games.
Because the render is different, and for anyone struggling with floaty mouse movement, it might help, mouse movement might change slightly because of DWM, it can become a bit more consistent.

Test it, compare it, and you will see, it is different, example in fps shooter games

I play on Exclusive Fullscreen and have a good gaming experience, I will not be using the settings you recommend.

These are solutions for those who are still experiencing problems, and I initially had all the problems with desync, floaty mouse, etc. And I immediately wrote about it in the topic.
ablemor I recommend you to work on yourself.
otherwise it feels like you're a double of yourself from the backrooms, who thinks in the most abstract way possible.

Proof that I don't have problems with desync, floaty mouse, etc. I beat a 4000 elo player with 130 ping.
