7 years with this input lag and desync issue and have no idea.

I have tried 10+ PCs and laptops with diffirent specs and peripherals but no fix. Also tried many locations and no change.

There are things that big temporary fix though but the issues always come back.

Weird things that recently give me temporary fix is something with my phone related like taking a Whatsapp call or when I start recording with camera. In the middle of the desync and input lag, it got fixed for few minutes and I could easily see and feel the difference with how easy it is to get kills in Apex, how better the hitreg is, I fast I can kill them and how longer it takes for the enemy to kill me with the incoming damage feedback feeling 1 to 1 and not desynced and fast where I would get instakilled with desync even with worse players. I am trying to understand why and I don't know why these give me temporary fix. Though I also already changed my phones several times and also changed my phone service.
Also other things also give temp fix recently like OCCT from the other thread mentioned. Weirdly, many of the temp fixes will work once and when you try them again , they fail to work in mitigating the input lag and desync again. And it would take few days later trying again for the temp fix to work again or it never works again.

Same thing happened when I plugged in a ifi USB ground loop isolator and put my mouse USB to it. Playing Apex, the issues got fixed for 20 minutes then I saw in game all the red network symbols pop up for few seconds and then the USB isolator didn't work again. Weird.
