I mean, if you pick a xl2546, it has to be for its motion blur reduction. Otherwise, I'd just go for a Omen X25f (rtings says it has less ghosting than the acer)
Where did you find this info? I'm trying to find it over here: https://www.rtings.com/monitor/tools/co ... shold=0.01

The Omen doesn't have BFI right? And it's still less blurry than the Acer?
Cheers!
Read under "Response Time @ Max Refresh Rate" https://www.rtings.com/monitor/reviews/ ... tro-xf252q:
"The Acer Nitro XF252Q has an outstanding response time at it's maximum refresh rate, similar to other 240Hz monitors we've tested, like the HP OMEN X 25f and the BenQ Zowie XL2540. This results in extremely clear motion, with only a very short blur trail behind fast-moving objects, great for gaming. There is a bit more noticeable overshoot and undershoot than the OMEN X 25f, which can cause some noticeable artifacts, including halos around dark objects, but this shouldn't be very noticeable with most content."

Seems like I might be going for the Omen X 25f then, I've already spent many days coming up with a decision.

The weird thing is, that there's people on here claiming the opposite, saying XF252Q > Omen X 25f in terms of motion clarity.
I swear I'm gonna go insane over this decision...

Just check the images for yourself on rtings and maybe tftcentral and decide. :) omen x25f is an excellent buy for pvp fps. Super fast and it has the motion clarity of a TN

Just checked the images, looks pretty good to me, just kind of annoying that I started off with the X25f when it was 280€, went on through countless forum posts, just to end up with the same monitor again, but its price increased by 70€ haha.

I'll wait a few days to see if it will drop, if it doesn't, I'll grab it!
Thanks for you help so far. ;)

Yeah, it's the problem with technology gear. You wait too long and something new and better comes out. If you then buy the new cool product, the same thing will happen. but yeah, x25f is super fast and apparently looks nice for TN!
