Does this monitor has increased input lag if you run it at 240Hz? since some games i play i cant reach 360Hz

To avoid confusing
framerate and
refreshrate
360 fps 360 Hz = Should be fine
240
fps 360 Hz = Should be fine
240
fps 240
Hz = This is where a possible minor lag problem occurs on certain models that don't stream lower-Hz pixels to the screen in real time (e.g. monitors buffer refresh cycles before scanning out). In other words, monitor may add lag that is about the refreshtime difference of 240
Hz and 360
Hz
The refreshtime difference of 1/240sec and 1/360sec is less than 2 milliseconds, so usually nonissue even if you confuse
framerate and
refreshrate. The problem is bigger for retro users switching 360Hz down to 60Hz, creating latency penalty that is bigger (1/60sec - 1/360sec = potentially about 14 milliseconds monitor-buffering lag that makes it at least 14ms laggier than a 60Hz CRT tube, even before scanout lag.)
Generally for PC esports you leave monitor at max Hz even with lower frame rates. 100fps on a newly purchased 360Hz monitor can be lower lag than 100fps on a newly purchased 144Hz monitor. That's because of the super fast scanout velocity (The 100fps frame is 1/360sec delivered over the cable from first to last pixel).

I just noticed theres a thread dedicated to this monitor, great!
I just compared the clarity with dyac on my monitor to this guy
My XL2566K
Settings are matched and I got 1440 pixels selected but it looks way worse on my unit. I know the tracking isn't great but it closely resembles what my eyes perceive anyway. Is there anybody with a XL2566K who could chime in and let me know what their unit looks like at 1440 pixels?

I am getting 240fps in the game should I use 360hz or 240hz. Dyac on or not, how should it be the most suitable with minimum lag. Is there anyone using it like this or should I downgrade to xl2546k? Because on their own site it says both can be used at 240hz, there is no difference between them. Some people claim that 2566k is still advantageous at 240hz.

With VRR, use highest Hz. Without VRR, match FPS and Hz.

Which one should I do when I play competitively. I'm talking about games like Cs 2 (fps). Should I match fps 240 and hz 240 for competitive?

Highest hz for lowest input lag.

(disclaimer for others, as you've noticed this yourself: the ufo he recorded cannot be used for comparative measures, it's invalid - refer to chief's guide on how pursuit shot is supposed to look like)
Techless tests at 1440pps (@5:13 if it doesn't embed)
Try making a CRU resolution in the extension block with the DisplayID 2.0 timing with the profile set to Exact Reduced, you might have a unit that frameskips (common)
Or perhaps you've not tuned your unit with the Blurbusters utility.
