Completely unplayable, shots did register so bad I have not seen very often. Ping was stable as always,15-20ms.

The available VPN servers in my own country have 10ms ping while night, 40-70 while prime time.
Does the ISP have some possibility to stabilize the ping of their customers but delay them somewhere else?
1. The VPN service could have higher priority routing than your residential packets, making packets stay at a higher priority when going through a congested route. The VPN could also have optimized network configuration compared to not using it.
2. Network lag compensation favors higher ping in CSGO, and smooths out choppiness. Low ping can cause a disadvantage due to the way networking works in the game. Small mistakes are fully punished at low pings, and they can be smoothed out like they never happened at high ping. Examples: spray control feels easier at higher ping, but aimpunch can affect it greatly. Strafe jumping feels easier at lower ping due to more responsive input/output.
On prime time ping is still low, game is bad.
When I play at night on 50-60ms ping servers, game is perfect.
When VPN improves my game much at prime time, I guess the last meters of line to my house are not the problem. So it must be somewhere at ISP.
Unfortunately it is the "premium" ISP in my country. With my last ISP my problem was slightly better but not much.
At the moment I have FTTN or FTTC.If the last meters with copper line are not the problem, it is somewhere in the fiber network of the ISP. The POP is on the neighbour property.
So I think changing to FTTH would not change anything.
Dedicated Business line is not available.
Is there any possibility to try other than VPN/ISP roulette , I dont care about money.
