Separate area for niche lag issues including unexpected causes and/or electromagnetic interference (ECC = retransmits = lag). Interference (EMI, EMF) of all kinds (wired, wireless, external, internal, environment, bad component) can cause error-correction latencies like a bad modem connection. Troubleshooting may require university degree. Your lag issue is likely not EMI.

look at this game, so clean and smooth
we are cursed
It's hilarious how he holds the corners. Just like he is playing against bots. For me it is impossible because it equals insta hit in my face. I had to adjust my gamestyle and be sweaty as fuck to be somehow useful.
And what really funny is, he is not even that good. His hits just land and that's it.
It's amazing how the game works in a way for some people, I would never be able to hit those 3 deagle taps on the mirage window, this guy's enemies move in slow motion
Watching donk streams and some top faceit rankings and then playing a match is discouraging, it feels like another game

That's why I bet the cause is the Internet connection. Some fucked up ISPs just can't handle the traffic or see UDP as a flood.

Have you tried playing via WiFi? or some adjustment that had some influence on the ethernet connection without being a placebo?

You know this is easily disprovable with your own server and something like iperf.

I have this shit since around 2008. I stopped with any kind of tweaks/new pc parts etc. Nothing gave me even slight difference. It just stays with me for whatever reason. The only difference I feel is when I don't play on my PC.

It's not, you can't check the UDP latency because you need perfectly synchronized clocks on both ends.

my game has input delay: the screen melts
360hz/400+fps
I think your problem is resolution timings,i use CRU and put custom timings and make my monitor scaling. If you want to know if your monitor is scaling you find it by doing this,When you are in game your monitor should show your resolution i will give example i have acer 240hz and i play 640x480 fullscreen, monitor scaling with CRU.
The second pic is my cru custom timings, and then picture in real life on the monitor IN GAME showing my resolution and that means its monitor scaling, because if i did not use CRU its show my native resolution and that mean its gpu scaling,Also the first picture is a random guys custom timings with 360hz maybe you copy pastem and see if there is difference.

It is, just buy atomic clock PCI-E card for server and client.

Brother i will show you a video but you must be very carefull some monitors dont have monitor scaling.
so there is 3 million guides on youtube how to use CRU
https://www.youtube.com/results?search_ ... y+scaling+
but i use the most basic way:First i open extension block and find highest refresh rate resolution then i click "copy",i paste it in detailed resotlion from then, i adjust wich resotlion i will use. in your case 1280x960 and then,i edit custom timing. You can just do everything without custom timings and copy the settings on the screen i provide.after that pres restat64.It is proven that monitor scaling is better and faster.and i can feel the diffrence streched resolution on my monitor scaling is fast as f@ck.
Also if you want to know if it works,go in game press on the buttons on the monitor is show your 1280x960 and your refresh rate then it works.if your show your native it does not.Pretty much just see the post that i wrote.
