2024 but the guy still thinks that the problem is in the Internet LMAO

The problem is in the Internet, on all possible ISPs and mobile operators (4G and 5G Internet) at your home
Lol. Sarcasm and contradiction and I'm supposed to diagnose your particular issue based off no information? You ok?
1. Download Aim_Rush
2. Unplug the Ethernet cable
3. Select MAP_1
4. Depending on the degree of electrical input lag, the bot peek reacts at different speeds,Enjoy bot peek and shoot behind the wall.
5. Continue to enjoy your "ISP Tweak"and "Esports Guide". ;)
Assuming you're being genuine and there is a difference, the only thing you observed is something that occurs in a different offline game.
Do you think Aim_Rush is difficult? Don't worry, you can go to Valve's deathmatch mode to fight against bots. When the "gentlest bot" becomes a "mini Xantares", you will realize what happened.
Don't forget to use the bot_add console command to see what the bot with AK47 and SG553 will do.

It sounds to me like you're experiencing desync offline with bots in CS2? Why are you bringing this up with me? I fixed my input delay/desync for all offline games, the steps are in my guide.

Ok, I will share my thoughts.
First of all, I apologize to you for my troll comments... Also apologize to the people I trolled, I guess the chief has noticed my behavior... I will try to be polite from now on... :D
Blurbuster has many players, they come from different countries, even live in old houses and khrushchevka, it is true, their ISP's specifications and services are also different, but if there is desync in offline mode, it is not the ISP problem, nor the windows settings problem.
This thing also happened on consoles, a Japanese player once talked to me. He mentioned that in different apartments, there are some differences in the gameplay of Bayonetta and Ninja Gaiden, and even in Dark Souls 3, the parry action is different, some apartments are better, some apartments are worse.on the same TV.
I know you spent a lot of time to solve the desync, but I want to remind you one thing, don't ignore electrical problems. ;)

This is not my specific problem. It works the same for everyone. You have a smartphone, right? You can see for yourself.

Sounds like a congested network to me. Mine was quite bad, lost cell service several hours daily and Internet was only lag free in middle of the night. I tried tier 1 and 2 fiber, qci 6 and 7 cell. All had congestion except late at night.
