DPC latency issue

Conclusions:
All sound effects have been disabled. External sound cards from Astro and Creative introduce noticeable latency — enemies visibly appear on screen with a delay. The game runs most smoothly and responsively when using the internal sound card, but only with drivers provided by the motherboard manufacturer. Drivers downloaded directly from the Realtek website (newer) also introduce some delay, though not as much as external sound cards. It’s driving me crazy — you can’t enjoy better sound quality because of the massive delay it causes on the monitor.

Damn! I just discovered this recently — something is wrong with the AM5 platform. When I use an external sound card, the game becomes noticeably less responsive and additional input/display delay occurs.

  Creative Sound Blaster X4
  Astro Pro TR Mixamp
  Tested internal sound card: ALC 4080

I tried multiple USB ports — no fix.
I disabled the internal sound card in the BIOS while using the external one — no fix.
I set interrupt affinity (1 core and 1 thread, since Hyper-Threading is enabled) to the USB controller connected to the external sound card — no fix.
I also tested with drivers from the manufacturers' websites as well as the default Windows drivers — no fix.
I keep bios up to date and had many versions so far - still no fix.
Different motherboards didn't fix the issue, I tested Asrock B650E Taichi Lite and X870 Tomahawk.
