"I have been suffering from the exact same problem since 2017. I tried all expected and unexpected solutions, but nothing worked. After all these years, I became highly knowledgeable about our problem and electrical systems in general.I can say that grounding might be the solution, but it must be an excellent grounding system; otherwise, the situation could get even worse. Since you are planning to set up grounding for just one or two devices, I have a solution for you.I am from Saudi Arabia, and I suffer from this issue and know many others who do too. By chance, I came across someone interested in audio production who moved to a new apartment that lacked grounding. He started hearing noise in his speakers and home studio, whereas he had no issues at all before moving. He tried installing a grounding box for two devices—the DAC and the amp—and his problem was permanently resolved.

changing realtek LAN drivers either makes my mouse extremely fast, or extremely sluggish...
same thing with the AMD chipset drivers ...
for the lan drivers, had no issues the first week when i got fiber, then got fkd up 1week later or less.
thats why i also want to ground my router
