"I have been suffering from the exact same problem since 2017. I tried all expected and unexpected solutions, but nothing worked. After all these years, I became highly knowledgeable about our problem and electrical systems in general.I can say that grounding might be the solution, but it must be an excellent grounding system; otherwise, the situation could get even worse. Since you are planning to set up grounding for just one or two devices, I have a solution for you.I am from Saudi Arabia, and I suffer from this issue and know many others who do too. By chance, I came across someone interested in audio production who moved to a new apartment that lacked grounding. He started hearing noise in his speakers and home studio, whereas he had no issues at all before moving. He tried installing a grounding box for two devices—the DAC and the amp—and his problem was permanently resolved.
"He explained the problem and how he fixed it on X (Twitter). I couldn't send the link here, so contact me on Discord (oD7m1) and I will send you the link to his tweet. I have been wanting to try this method for a while but didn't know how to start. Since you already want to do grounding, try this method. It is cheaper and offers better grounding quality."
