Right, it's still being beta tested by a few players AFAIK in the fighting game communities (Street Fighter / Mortal Kombat style esports).

Saw there's one hone.gg which previously had some bat file script that looked like it had good tweaks but there's now a premium version which has more tweaks but they don't really say what they are which is a bit suss.

This is one of the few tweaks that people do that make a difference. In my experience if you have a week cpu you want short quantum with high foreground priority.
On the other hand if you have a good cpu, long quantum + high foreground is just better.
What other tweaks can really make a difference?

Hi everyone,

I managed to solve my input issues thanks to this forum and some of its members. I've never made a post before, but I read a lot of them (probably almost all). This tweak made a big difference for me, and I’d really appreciate it if you could test it and share your results.

⚠️ Note: This is intended only for competitive gaming. It may cause instability. I got this warning from ChatGPT:
Risks or considerations:
While this tweak may reduce input latency in games or improve responsiveness in real-time apps, it can negatively affect:

scheduled tasks

background downloads

multitasking

Open regedit and go to:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\PriorityControl]
Then change the value of Win32PrioritySeparation to 63 (decimal) or 3F (hexadecimal). No reboot is required for this tweak to take effect.

Other values worth testing:

62 (decimal) – more stable, but still carries a risk of instability

26 (decimal) – completely stable

hi i think your path is wrong the right one is "\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\PriorityControl",and also i think chatgpt sometimes gives wrong info and this exact values are 100% bs,for example i think the last value is 26 hexa not deci ,and this is what i use,anyway wich one of the 3 you want me to test i will do 2 benchmarks,and share results.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\PriorityControl]
"Win32PrioritySeparation"=dword:0000003e -62 decimal
"Win32PrioritySeparation"=dword:0000001a -26 decimal
"Win32PrioritySeparation"=dword:0000003f -63 decimal

""Win32PrioritySeparation"=dword:0000003f -63 decimal" is correct
