Bad mousetester graph when videocard is on

I don't know what to use to play (fortnite).
w10 i have more fps than w7. Should I look more at the graph or at the fps?

- 1% 91 fps

i think it dwm.
anyway, im not fix that.
move gpu and usb controller to different cores may little bit fix it.
also try play with interrupt steering.
