Because in my area, the return/refund policy is also shit, you need a minimum of 5 dead pixels to be able to refund a monitor, and you cannot return it if it does not have issues. That is why I am in doubt. But yes, the omen does seem to be the choice.
With this return policy in mind, try purchasing a monitor where you will be allowed to test it to avoid disappointment.
monitors: TN ACER 1916 (75Hz)>TN ACER 1917 (75Hz)>XL2540K (240Hz)>IIYAMA MASTER VISION PRO 451 (CRT 160 Hz)>xl2546k>omen x 25>24g2zu>xv252qf

Thats exactly the thing, theres no such place in my area, if it was i would've tested them myself but I can't as they are "new" monitors

So do you need blur reduction or no? Because as u said 144 1ms off was way too blurry for you. 240 without mbr will still look a bit blurry. U can compare some of the ufos.

I've tried two X25 f and both suffered from inversion artifacts, returned both (lucky that was possible!), so be careful TN panels are more prone to it.

For the monitor I'm currently using, I kind of need it because its native performance with overdrive only is very bad IMO, somewhere around 6.7ms gtg.

The X25 seems to have really good performance without MBR, which I've read has its own benefits, as it wont be as susceptible to stutters and such because I won't be able to hold 240fps all the time, can have dips.

Of course that doesnt mean MBR wouldn't look nice to me on 240fps, just that other people say its not that noticable in game.

Only other two panels I could consider are VG259QM and MAG251RX, both of which are around 3-3.8ms GTG, and idk how the MBR will hold up on lower frame rates (170+)

Comparing UFOs is all I've been doing and I've only gotten more confused from it.

X25 is not the same as X25F, F version I've read is noticably worse than the X25, which is supposed to be perfect, only missing MBR.
